Gravity is a family Restaurant and has grown impressively under the guidance of Mr. D.S. Chawla, who not only takes the Restaurant business as a profession but his obsession for Quality food has been a guiding force. Our Restaurant Gravity offers three terraces & a family room fully (air conditioned & furnished) for parties ranging from 10 pax to 300 pax with outdoor caterings and Kitty parties. The newly launched Green House outlet has added a new flavour which today boasts of 5 different dinings & party options for our guests. Our Pub offers you some breathtaking music, which would not only make you release your tensions but is soothing and hep. Today the company at its peak of its credibility already has established its credentials as the HOUSE OF QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICES, in the ever-growing hospitality industry. Gravity is not only known for the quality and taste of its food, One of the major reasons for our clients continued years long loyalty is Our Service. At Gravity, we understand our customers in a much better way. Special care is taken to provide various services to our clients. To ensure that our customers get the best value for their money, we follow various systems within our organisation :

1. Recruitement and Training The people recruited as service personel are given special onsite trainings and inductions. Courteousness, politeness and simplicity are very important virtues which we look for while recruitting people in our service department.

2. Two Tier System We have developed a unique two tier system of Service. There are three or four Supervispors managers on each floor who interact with the customer and take orders. They are generally well mannered, cultured and pleasing personalities. Once the order has been Placed they interact with a team assigned to them to serve the order. So the second team serves the order under the supervision of the Supervisor. This unique system ensures smooth interaction with client without any miscommunications and is highly appreciated by our clients.

3. Hygiene The entire outlet is properly washed everyday to ensure proper hygeine. Proper care is taken to ensure that all service personel look fresh, warm and clean.

4. Customer -the king At Gravity, we believe that customer is the king and should be given the best deal. Our top management interacts with our clients on daily basis to take their feedback and accordingly suggestive follow up action to taken.

5. Routine Checkups -To maintain and ensure proper service to our clients is one of the major job profiles of the manager at Gravity. In addition to this, Our top management pays regular visits to ensure the quality of the food and the service being provided to our customers.
